The Savannah Playhouse arrives tightly packed in one box, the Walls and Cedar Roof sections are panelized for simplicity and speed of construction. The roof is constructed of Cedar Shingles and not asphalt like garden sheds. All of the wood is pre stained painted and finished.

Re:adjustment i plan to use this house to store my firewood in the asphalted carport.i had hoped it would be 6'wide.hopefully a little more for rod iron stand to fit in and i had wanted it to be less in depth...approx.3ft.if less deep it would not matter to me if roof overlapped but would it be possible to make this adjustment????joan
