Garden sheds to be exhibited for art show
» 27th August 2010 «
Garden sheds will be the main attraction at a live art exhibition in Woburn this weekend.
White garden sheds will be used as "blank canvases" for the 'Sheds for Art' show that will feature urban graffiti artists in action.
The garden sheds will be painted in front of visitors during the event which is part of Woburn ARTBEAT 2011.
Once painted, the structures will be used in galleries and as information points for charities throughout the year.
Johann Bester, director of the event, told the BBC: "There will be around 14 urban artists painting live in Woburn, and everybody is welcome to come and see them at work and even give it a try."
Meanwhile, it was recently suggested that furnishing a thatched gazebo can be one of the most exciting parts of planning an outdoor space.
A report in the Express & Star noted that seating and tables are "a very important consideration and help to create the ideal ambience".
