Gardening website relaunched
» 15th February 2010 «
Brits planning to revamp their garden in 2010 might be interested to hear of a website relaunch that may help them on their way.
Lovethegarden.com has been redesigned, with a number of tips for would-be gardeners from experts and other enthusiasts.
Whether it is advice on plant choice, inspiration for improving the garden, or detailed information on gardening products, the website aims to cater for all levels of horticulture lover.
With over one million hits per year, lovethegarden.com is a popular online resource where beginner gardeners can learn the basics of lawn care, growing their own fruit and vegetables and much more.
Users can also contribute advice themselves if they specialise or have had some experience in a certain area.
They also receive a monthly e-newsletter and can access online demonstrations of growing techniques to help improve their skills.
Relaunched today (February 15th), the website is now offering users the chance to win tickets to the Chelsea Flower Show.
The event is run by the Royal Horticultural Society, which also presides over the gardens at Key, Harlow Carr and Wisley.
