New log cabin offering in Idaho
» 20th January 2010 «
A new all-inclusive outdoor holiday site is set to be opened in Coeur D'Alene, Idaho, this spring.
The River Dance Lodge experience features accommodation in hand-crafted log cabins set into the mountainside, each of which has its own hot tub.
While the smaller log cabins sleep between four and six people, larger ones can accommodate up to ten.
Guests can choose between the Explorer Series and the Adventurer Series of activities. The former is less active and features walks, floats on the river and bike rides on level terrain.
However, those who choose the latter option can take part in white water rafting, hikes and bike rides through demanding trails.
Commenting on the move to the all-inclusive mode, spokesman Peter Grubb said the holiday company is still committed to its core values, the community and the environment.
"We have simply refined our focus to reflect people's need for worry-free vacations that are an outstanding value," he explained.
Idaho is a state in the US and is home to part of the famous Yellowstone Park.
