Get a sneaky peek at new plant range

» 8th April 2010 «

Garden enthusiasts will be able to get an early peek at the new range of Syngenta FloriPro Service products this summer.

The firm is set to host its UK trials at Pershore College in Worcestershire from June 29th to July 31st, according to Horticulture Week.

Visitors to the event will be able to peruse the 2011 range, which includes biennials, perennials and bedding plants.

Marketing communications manager for the firm Jodie Champion explained that the company was "delighted" by the popularity of the event in 2009 and is hoping to increase visitor numbers further this year.

The event will run from 09:00 BST until 16:00 each day and will include presentation tours from Sygenta's technical managers, which will take place at 10:00 and 14:00.

In other news, Bayer Garden has told Horticulture Week that retailers should be doing all they can to remind growers that they must dispose of any stocks of sodium chlorate before the May 10th deadline.ADNFCR-2848-ID-19711064-ADNFCR
