Summer house fans have been alerted to the availability of an impressive new beach chalet in west Dorset which could sell for £325,000.
Located just yards from Chesil Beach at West Bexington, the single-storey shack provides stunning views of the Jurassic Coast and the English Channel, Bridport News reports.
The 524 sq ft of space on offer incorporates three bedrooms, a bathroom and an open-plan kitchen and dining room, plus a back garden, sun deck and off-road parking.
"This is the biggest and best chalet in a row of 14 and one of the finest along the west Dorset coastline," James Pellow, of estate agents Symonds and Sampson, told the news provider.
"The views are to die for. On one side you have Chesil Beach and on the other there is Lyme Bay. In between it's nothing but uninterrupted coastal views."
For the expected selling price, summer house owners could snap up a seven-bedroom house in Hull or Glasgow, a four-bedroom detached bungalow in Norwich or a one-bedroom flat in Islington.
Meanwhile, Tesco recently unveiled a build-it-yourself garden office which can be purchased for almost £10,000.
