One of our best selling cabins, the Gema Log Cabin is a great building. Large and airy with an integral canopy including double glazing throughout as standard and 44mm timber walls. Its absolutley perfect for any use you can think of - a garden office, children's playroom, a games room, the list is endless.

Hi, i am seriously considering purchasing a 5m by 5m log cabin. the primary use would be as a bedroom for a teenager - and we are looking at a minumum of 44mm wall thickness. could you help me by answering some questions: 1/ is planning permission required? 2/ would building regulations be requried if a toilet was installed? 3/ do you supply any roof insulation? thanks, alan.
Answer Under normal circumstances, planning will not be required. If in doubt, run it by your local planning office. As far as I am aware, building regs will not be required. Yes, roof insulation (TR27) can be supplied
