Garden owners planning a major revamp of their green space this summer could be tempted to head to Grand Designs Live, which is taking place in London this week.

The show focuses on home building and property improvement and is sure to prove inspirational with its range of top displays.

Among them is the Philips House Of The Future, which features the latest in entertainment technology.

Furthermore, it is showcasing a revolutionary new product called WiPower, which could provide a range of fresh opportunities for improving homes and gardens.

The technology works by powering electrical items wirelessly, meaning that those with outdoor entertainment such as TVs or radios could one day be able to run them without worrying about plugging them in somewhere.

Meanwhile, the Velux Expert Advice Centre will see attendees be able to put their questions to the experts on a one-to-one basis.

The event is running in the ExCeL until Sunday May 9th and those who buy tickets in advance will save £5.
Another exhibition that might interest garden owners this month is the Royal Horticultural Society Chelsea Flower Show.
