More Thatched Gazebos Articles People who own African thatched gazebos and other garden buildings may be encouraged to update their cushions, throws and pillows following the comments of one expert.
Adrienne Chinn, who owns an interior design firm in London, noted that there has been a resurgence in interest in "what you call mid-century modern design" - namely the design of the '50s, '60s and '70s - when it comes to selecting soft furnishings.
"That [covers] a lot more vibrant colours: vibrant lime green, pinks, oranges and turquoises," she said.
"They have become more popular to bring in and they do add a real punch of colour to a room."
Elsewhere, Ms Chinn suggested that homeowners can often change the character or "vibe" of a space by simply replacing items like cushions, ornaments and throws.
Indeed, she observed that such accessories can reflect how people's tastes change according to the seasons or over time.
