Trampoline FAQ

How many people can use a trampoline at one time ?

Strictly speaking one person at a time should use a trampoline. But as the jump bed is so large and the bounce so controlled it is perfectly safe for two or three children to jump together, especially if you have a Safety Enclosure fitted. Please remember, no matter how many users there are, you should always ensure adequate supervision and observe the weight limit guidelines.

Can the trampoline be left out all year ?

Yes. All steel parts are fully galvanised or zinc coated and so shouldn't rust.

Everything else is made from high quality polypropylene or PVC materials and these are UV, rot and water proof. And don't forget that we provide a FREE cover to protect against dirt and water.

Where can I get replacement parts ?

You shouldn't need any! Our trampolines are made to LAST and we give a long guarantee on the frame and 2-year guarantee on the rest. But in the unlikely event you do need to replace something just give us a ring and we'll try to despatch it the same day.

How hard is it to put together ?

It isn't - the trampoline is a slot together product and you will be up and bouncing in less than an hour. We include full assembly instructions and provide a spring pulling tool. The Safety Enclosure attaches with brackets and you will need just one spanner, 11mm in size.

How safe is it ?

Well, let's be honest here. Kids will be kids and can get over excited. They can also fall off bikes and skateboards and get kicked at football. But we make the trampolines to be as safe as they can be.

Our Dynamic Bounce Technology (DBT) ensures that jumpers are bounced towards the middle. Just the right size, number and tension of springs ensure a soft, controlled bounce, especially when compared with a rectangular trampoline.

Thick, impact absorbent frame pads cushion tumbles, and the vast jump area instills user confidence. Many people see the wisdom of choosing our Safety Enclosure. But PLEASE make sure that there is adequate supervision at all times.

Can I dig pit for the trampoline ?

Yes you can, but make sure it is well drained.

Can the trampoline be folded for storage ?

The answer, sadly, is "no". There are no round trampolines that we know of that can be folded as the self-bracing design means that the legs must be detachable.

Why are some trampolines so expensive ?

A good question, and we don't know the answer. We aim to make high quality products at an affordable price and without compromising build and quality standards.

We design them and have them built to our strict quality standards. And we sell them direct to you - no middleman, no retailer's mark-up. That way we are both happy.

Aren't all trampolines the same ?

Certainly not, there's a bit more to it than meets the eye. Only by knowing your product and your market can you be confident that the design you offer maximises engineering, production and aesthetic standards.

Above all, it must deliver the performance promised. So, the number and type of spring, the density, thickness and weight of foam in the pads, the gauge and thickness of the frame and legs, the weave pattern and density of the bed material all have to be computed and tested over a long period of time.
