Delivery
Shipping to all UK Mainland is £24.00
Jungle Gym equipment is scheduled to be delivered within 7 days of the order being placed subject to any stock issues.
On receipt of the order we will call you to arrange a delivery date.
The day before delivery, the scheduled driver will contact you to advise a three hour window when he is expected to arrive.
On the day of delivery, you will get a further call from the delivery team on departing their previous drop to confirm they are on their way.
All timings are dependant on road conditions and variables "out of our control".
Delivery is made by a two person team who will carry the goods to a location of your choosing. If you wish them to take any packaging away with them, please ask.
Timber
All climbing frames are supplied with pressure treated timber cut to length
Guarantee
The hardware parts in the kit and slide etc are covered by a 5 year manufacturers guarantee. The supplied timber is guaranteed against rot and insect attack for 10 years.

Jungle Gym offers superior design focused on your children's safety and physical development. There is nothing more important than the safety of your children. Please follow the general safety instructions included in your Jungle Gym kit. Jungle Gym products are intended for single-family residential use only and not intended for use in any public setting. Placement in any public setting constitutes a misuse of this product.
How many children can play on the play sets?
No more than 3 children, with a maximum weight of 50 kg each, should be allowed to play on a standard tower play set. No more than 5 children, with a maximum weight of 50 kg each, should be allowed to play on a standard tower play set in combination with a swing.

Answer The uprights are approx. 75mm sq Each deck is approx 1m sq All bolts are steel. Yes - the swing module can be attached to this tower

Answer Sorry, the slides come as part of the kit and it is not possible to swap it out for another item

Answer The swing module needs to attach to the taller uprights in order to achieve the correct swing beam height

Answer Everything yoou see in the picture is includd. There are four colour options for the slide. Green, red, blue and yellow.
