Note : Timber is a natural product and 'shakes' (cracks & splits) are a natural feature of any timber and will vary in size, expanding and contracting, depending on ambient temperature and humidity. Roundwood structures, such as the Adventure 3, are more prone to shakes since the timber is younger, however, the products have been designed with this in mind so provided the shake does not exceed 3% of the circumference or continues through to the centre of the timber then the structural strength will not be compromised.
